Overview
Javier Tapia-Guadix leads two practical days on anterior composite restorations at BG Academy, supported by a preparatory theory webinar.
Work on single-shade corrections, tooth proportions, emergence profiles, contact areas and diastemas. Exercises also address Class III and V preparation, fibre reinforcement, anatomical contour, surface texture and polishing.
Develop Class IV restorations using a palatal index and dentine/enamel layering, then move to composite veneers: case selection, conservative preparation, shade planning, layering and finishing.
Both days run 09:00–18:00. Each delegate has a workstation with a microscope and materials. Lunches, refreshments and course photography/video are included; travel, accommodation and transfers are excluded. Practical exercises do not establish supervised treatment of patients.
