Your patient goes home with a lot to take in. An Interactive Care Plan puts it all on their phone. It starts from your AI Notes. At step five, choose Create Interactive Care Plan. Your fees are filled in from your price list, with the payment plans you offer, and your practice branding.
AI drafts the plan in plain words: the treatment step by step, the costs, and answers to common questions. Then you check it. Click any wording or price to change it, polish a slide, or add photos and explainer pictures. Share it as a link. Send it by email from Dentistry Dashboard, or on WhatsApp, with a PIN if you'd like one.
Your patient swipes through their own plan: what happens when, what it costs, and how they could spread the payments. They can listen to it, or switch to simpler English or another language. Their call and booking buttons use your current details, even on plans you've already sent.
When they're ready, they can let you know: I'd like to go ahead, please call me, or a question. You get an alert, and you can see how far they read. Patient Communications keeps every care plan in one place, so you know who to follow up.
