A two-day course combining removable orthodontic appliances with restorative finishing, practical training and case mentoring.
Programme
Day 1: removable appliances
Minimally invasive aesthetic and interceptive restorative planning; Inman and clear-aligner mechanics; diagnosis, assessment and case selection; arch evaluation, space calculations and interproximal reduction; occlusal planning and retention; attachment placement, case discussion and troubleshooting.
Day 2: ortho-restorative treatment
Anterior functional landmarks, edge bonding, shaping and polishing; guidance and the envelope of function; the evidence and clinical use of the Dahl approach; tooth-wear management and advanced retention.
Mentoring and certification
Online mentoring includes suitability checks, records review and treatment support. Three monitored patient cases form part of certification.
