A nine-day regeneration programme with Istvan Urban, divided into three blocks with case feedback between meetings. Enrol in a complete edition; the sessions cannot be mixed between editions.
Three teaching blocks
- Block one: biomaterials, membrane and graft selection, neurovascular anatomy, anterior maxillary defects, preservation versus regeneration and simultaneous bone and soft-tissue reconstruction. Pig-jaw exercises cover connective-tissue harvesting alongside live surgery demonstrations.
- Block two: an interim assessment, head and neck anatomy with a cadaver demonstration, posterior mandibular reconstruction, vertical and horizontal augmentation, sinus surgery and complications. Includes pig-jaw practice and live operations.
- Block three: mucogingival biology, anterior bone and papilla reconstruction, the edentulous maxilla, vestibular and keratinised-tissue management. Practical work includes MAPF and grafting; the programme concludes with an examination and delegate case presentation.
Learning format
Each block includes three live surgical demonstrations. Clinical feedback continues over the programme. The academy runs the course independently; a university anatomy venue does not make it a university qualification. Refreshments, lunch, dinner and eligible local hotel pickup are covered by the general course terms.
