Overview

About this course

Pav Khaira's Ultimate Implants Online contains three self-paced modules and more than 80 hours of video, with lifetime access and updates. The online-only package costs £9,000; VAT treatment is not specified. Video duration is not a verified CPD allocation.

Module one: implant foundations

Study implant components, anatomy, healing, osseointegration, materials, implant selection, connections, instruments, sutures, atraumatic extraction and aseptic technique. Patient assessment covers risks, contraindications, saving versus replacing teeth, diagnostic software, consent and records.

Clinical topics include osteotomy protocols, different bone types, drilling, three-dimensional placement, bone-level stability, anterior aesthetics, flap design and suturing. Restorative teaching addresses impressions, prosthesis types, occlusion and fitting protocols. The module also covers ridge preservation, augmentation materials, immediate placement, peri-operative medicines, complications, peri-implantitis, maintenance and patient communication.

Module two: full-arch and aesthetic treatment

Explore sinus anatomy and assessment, lateral and crestal approaches, osseodensification, materials and complications. Aesthetic topics include socket shields, gingival contouring, perioplastic surgery and misplaced implants. Immediate-placement teaching considers socket classification, compromised sites and surgical guides.

Risk management includes medically complex patients, MRONJ, osteoimmunology, PRF, sticky bone, systemic health and factors affecting healing.

Module three: advanced full-arch planning

Develop assessment, prosthodontic planning, surgical strategy and full-arch restoration knowledge. Pterygoid teaching examines implant design, access, landmarks, flap design, weak plates, difficult cases, third molars, trans-sinus approaches, opposing teeth and bar design.

Additional study and practical options

A bonus sedation module explores its role in implant treatment and working with anaesthetists. Clinical supervision is arranged separately from the online-only package. The full training option combines all three modules with one mentoring day from £12,000; a Module 1 plus mentoring option starts at £7,000. Confirm the selected package, VAT and clinical costs before enrolling.

An examination route is advertised to convert training to an EduQual Level 7 Diploma in Comprehensive and Full Arch Dental Implant Rehabilitation. Confirm the examination fee, eligibility, clinical requirements and assessment conditions; access to videos alone is not the award.
