Yes. Paste it in, or upload it as a Word or PDF file, from My Templates or while you make a note. There is no special format: your headings are enough.
Which templates come ready-made?
There is a Dental Exam, Hygiene, an Emergency Examination and more. The Dental Exam comes in Concise, Standard and Ultra-Detailed versions, so you can choose the level of detail that suits you.
How do I make it write the way I do?
For one note, use AI Rewrite. For every note from one template, add it to My extra instructions. For all your notes, add instructions in AI Notes settings under Advanced. You only have to tell it once.
What if I pick the wrong template?
Regenerate the note with another template. Star your favourites so the right one is at the top next time.
Can I share my templates with colleagues?
Yes. Share your own templates by email or with clinicians in your team. They accept and get their own copy. Our built-in templates are already available to everyone, so they are not shared this way.
Do I still need to check the note?
Yes. AI Notes gets you most of the way, but it can miss something. You are still the dentist, so read every note before you approve it.
