Where does the care plan come from?
From your AI Notes. After the note, choose Create Interactive Care Plan. AI drafts it in plain words with your fees, payment options and branding, and you check it before sharing.
Can patients see the cost and how to pay?
Yes. Fees come from your price list, and you choose which finance options to include so patients see example monthly payments.
How do I send it?
Email it from Dentistry Dashboard, share it on WhatsApp or copy the link. You can add a PIN if you would like one. Links last ninety days by default and can be revoked at any time.
What can the patient do with it?
Swipe through it, listen to it, switch to simpler English or another language, save it as a PDF, and call or book using your current details. They can also let you know they would like to go ahead, would like a call, or have a question.
Does a patient replying count as consent?
No. A care plan does not book anything or count as consent. Discuss the options and risks and record consent as you normally would.
