Delete your Dentistry Dashboard account
For the Dentistry Dashboard website and the Dentistry Dashboard apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, provided by Outlook Aesthetics Ltd.
Delete it yourself
- Sign in on the website at app.dentistrydashboard.com or in the Dentistry Dashboard app.
- Open the menu under your name or photo and choose Profile.
- Under Personal details, choose Delete account and confirm.
You are signed out straight away and the account cannot be restored.
Ask us to delete it
If you cannot sign in, email info@dentistrydashboard.com from the email address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm the request, and we reply within one month.
What is deleted
- Your account, sign-in and profile details, including your profile photo.
- Any subscription on your account is ended, so it is not charged again, and your saved cards are removed.
- Forms and files that belong only to your account.
What may be kept
- Records you created in a dental practice's workspace, such as clinical notes, rota entries and checks, belong to that practice, which keeps them under its own record-keeping duties. Ask the practice about those records.
- Invoices and payment records we must keep by law, usually for six years after the contract ends.
- Audit and clinical safety records that medical device regulations require us to keep, for the legal retention period.
- Database backups, which are overwritten within 7 days.
Audio recorded for AI Notes is never kept by us. On a phone, it is held on the device only until it has been transcribed. More detail is in our privacy policy.
