About this course
This Ashley Latter masterclass revisits the eight-step consultation approach and develops it for different patient personalities. Entry is restricted to delegates who have already attended the two-day course.
Learning and practice
- Work through each consultation stage and adapt treatment-plan conversations to different communication styles.
- Take part in six new exercises addressing clear presentation, responding under pressure and concise explanations.
- Review consultation examples and develop a practical consultation structure to use in the practice.
- Receive individual coaching: the programme lists five one-to-one sessions with Ashley and limits the group to 20 delegates.
