How it works

Note first, letter next.

  1. Finish your note, go to Step 5 and choose a letter.

  2. Add your branding, writing style or a simple instruction such as keep it short, if you want to.

  3. Generate it, then ask for changes in your own words, like make it warmer. Save the change if you want it every time.

  4. Read it through, tick to approve, then email it, copy it or save it as a PDF.

Which letters can I create?

Letters for the patient, referral letters, letters back to the referring dentist and consent documents, all from the same appointment as your note. You can also create letters without generating a clinical note first.

Can it write the way I do?

Yes. For patient letters and letters back to referring dentists, choose Create Your Own Style under Writing style. Describe how you like them, or upload a few you have written before, and it picks up your tone, phrases and layout. For any letter, you can also give a simple instruction such as keep it short.

Can I add my practice letterhead?

Yes. In Letter setup, choose Edit practice branding to add your logo, accent colour, letterhead position and footer. It applies to every letter, PDF and email from that practice.

How do I send the letter?

Email it straight to the patient, copy it into your practice software so it sits on their record, or save it as a PDF.

Can I keep some wording exactly the same every time?

Yes. Put it in Fixed text, such as your cancellation policy, and it is added word for word.
