Practice Policies

Practice Policies gives your dental practice every policy it needs, written and ready to review, with your team's reading on record. Setting up takes about two minutes. Answer a few yes or no questions, like whether you take X-rays or offer sedation, and it works out which policies your practice needs.

Then add your named leads once, like your practice manager and safeguarding lead. They're written into every policy, and if a lead changes, you update it once. The library holds eighty policies in nine areas, from infection prevention and health and safety, to employment and data protection. Open one to read it first. Each policy is written from the legislation and guidance it lists at the end.

Any detail you haven't given yet is highlighted, so it's easy to spot. Happy with a whole area? Add them all in one go. Need one that isn't on the list? Describe it, and AI writes it with your practice details already in.

Your team gets a reminder when there's a policy to read, and confirms with one tap. And you can see who has read it, and who hasn't yet. If a policy isn't for everyone, choose exactly who needs to read it.

Each policy comes up for review every year, or on a cycle you choose, and you're reminded before it's due. If it's still correct, one click is all it takes. Every version and every review stays in its history, and you can print any policy for your files. Your policies also count towards your inspection readiness, live, so you always know where you stand.
