Pick an audit, choose who it's for and how many records you'll check, and when the next one is due. Need one that isn't on the list? Describe it, and AI drafts the questions for you to check.

A dot beside each audit shows what's overdue, what's due soon, and what's in date. Add each record as you check it, with the questions already written. The score works itself out, and once the sample is complete, so is the audit.

Every record shows who added it, and the audit shows who completed it, and when. You can see how the score compares with last time, so you know if things are improving. AI writes a short summary of the results, for you to check against the records.

Write your findings and action plan, and turn any action into a task for the right person. It goes straight into their tasks, and the dentist is told when their audit is complete. Owners and admins are reminded thirty days before an audit is due, and again if it's overdue.
