Emergency Kit

The Emergency Kit Log keeps every emergency drug and piece of equipment in your dental practice checked, in date, and on record. Setting up takes a few minutes. Say where the kit is kept, and how often it should be checked. A recommended list of emergency drugs is ticked for you. Add the oxygen, the defibrillator, and anything else you keep.

Each day, the checks that are due sit in one list, with anything overdue at the top. Start checks takes you through the kit one item at a time. Is it there? Is there enough? Does it need reordering? In date comes from the expiry date itself, so an expired drug can never be ticked as in date.

If something's missing, low, or out of date, it's recorded as an issue, and it stays under Needs attention until it's put right. When the new stock arrives, press Resolve and record what was done. The new expiry date, batch and quantity go straight into the register. The register keeps each item's quantity, batch and expiry, with anything close to its date flagged.

Print the Quick Check QR code for the kit. Staff scan it, enter their own PIN, and check the kit on their phone. Every morning, the people you choose get one reminder in the app, with the checks to do and anything about to expire. And anything overdue, or still waiting to be put right, shows on your Practice Hub.
