What you get

Nothing slips between patients.

Dictate from any page

Open My Tasks in the top bar and say what needs doing. Pick today, tomorrow, next week or any date, and add a time for a reminder.

A board of your own

Start with To do, Doing and Done, and add your own columns, like Waiting on the lab. Drag a task along as you work on it.

List and calendar

The list puts anything overdue first, then today, then the days ahead. On the calendar, click a day to add a task or drag one to another day.

Weekly jobs repeat

Jobs that come round every week can repeat. Tick one off and the next is ready. Ticked the wrong one? Press Undo.

Reminders that open the task

When a task is due, a reminder pops up and opens it. Connect Google Calendar and your appointments sit beside your tasks.

Choose between 3 and 10 saved notes and see the top concerns, common recommendations, patterns and barriers to care across them.

How it works

Say it, see it, tick it off.

  1. From any page, open My Tasks and dictate what needs doing.

  2. Pick when it is due, and add a time if you want a reminder.

  3. Find it above your notes in AI Notes, on your board, in the list or on the calendar.

  4. Tick it off when it is done. Repeating tasks bring up the next one for you.

Can I add a task by voice?

Yes. Open My Tasks in the top bar on any page and dictate what needs doing, then pick when it is due.

Will it remind me?

Yes. Add a time and a reminder pops up when the task is due, and opens it.

Does it work with Google Calendar?

Yes. Connect Google Calendar and your appointments sit beside your tasks, while your tasks appear in your calendar.

Can tasks repeat?

Yes. Jobs that come round every week can repeat. Tick one off and the next is ready.

Does it work with Practice Hub?

If your practice uses Practice Hub boards, cards assigned to you appear in your tasks too.

What is Note Insights?

Choose between 3 and 10 of your saved notes, filtered by title, appointment type or date, and it shows the top concerns, common recommendations, procedural patterns, barriers to care and opportunities across them.
