Between patients, things come up. A lab to call, a result to chase, a patient to ring back. Tasks keeps them all in one list. From any page, open My Tasks in the top bar, and dictate what needs doing. Pick today, tomorrow, next week or any date, and add a time for a reminder.
In AI Notes, your tasks sit just above your notes. Your board starts with To do, Doing and Done. Drag a task along as you work on it. Add your own columns, like Waiting on the lab.
The list puts anything overdue first, then today, then the days ahead. On the calendar, click a day to add a task, or drag one to a new day. Jobs that come round every week can repeat. Tick one off, and the next is ready.
Ticked the wrong one? Press Undo. When it's due, a reminder pops up, and opens the task. Connect Google Calendar, and your appointments sit beside your tasks, while your tasks appear in your calendar.
