How it works

Pick, tap, check, copy.

  1. Open Quick Treatment Notes and pick the treatment.

  2. Tap the tooth and surfaces, the local, rubber dam, the matrix and the shade, then add your nurse.

  3. Press Generate note and check the draft. Edit anything you like.

  4. Copy it into your practice software. It is saved in your notes too, ready for a patient letter.

Do I have to record the appointment?

No. Quick Treatment Notes is for appointments where there is nothing to record. Tap what you did and AI drafts the note from your choices.

Which treatments are included?

There are ready-made treatments to start from, and you can create your own by pasting your template or describing it. AI builds the checklist for you to review.

Can I use it with a recording as well?

Yes. Record with AI Notes as normal, choose the same treatment, and press AI suggest. It ticks the options it heard you mention, and your note brings together what was said and what you ticked.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Open it from Dentist Zone, the AI Notes toolbar, or on your phone.

Can I write a patient letter from it?

Yes. The note is saved in your notes, so you can open it in AI Notes and create a patient letter from it.
