Not every appointment needs a recording. For the routine ones, Quick Treatment Notes builds your note from a few taps. Open it from Dentist Zone, from the AI Notes toolbar, or on your phone. Pick the treatment. Your recent and favourite treatments are right at the top.

Then tap what you did: the tooth and surfaces, the local, rubber dam, the matrix, and the shade. Add your nurse, and press Generate note. AI drafts the full note from your choices. You check every detail, edit anything, and copy it into your practice software.

It's saved in your notes too, so you can open it in AI Notes for a patient letter. On a longer appointment, record with AI Notes as you normally would, then choose the same treatment at step two. Press AI suggest, and it ticks the options it heard you mention, for you to check.

Your note then brings together what was said and what you ticked. Start from our ready-made treatments, or create your own. Paste your template or describe it, and AI builds the checklist for you to review. Add your own options and sections, and they're there next time, whichever way you write the note.

Quick Treatment Notes sits alongside AI Notes, patient education, referrals, Lab Tracker, your finances, and so much more. Quick Treatment Notes is part of Dentist Zone, from Dentistry Dashboard. Start your 14-day free trial.
