Associate Wages works out what each associate dentist is owed every month, from the terms you've agreed. Start with a profile for each associate: NHS, private or mixed, or paid by the hour. NHS work can be a share of your UDA rate, or a fixed value per UDA. Private work, a fixed percentage or a sliding scale.
Add their share of lab bills and card charges, and fixed deductions like NHS pension, the levy and indemnity. Terms only change from a new month, so past statements keep the terms they were paid on. Each month, enter the practice totals: UDAs completed, private income, and finance and plan payments.
Their share is worked out under every box as you type, and it saves as you go. Lab bills assigned to them in Invoices appear on their statement, and you choose which ones are included. Add any one-off income or deductions, and the statement shows exactly how every figure was worked out.
The overview shows every associate's month: what needs review, their net pay, and the change on last month. Mark a statement reviewed when the figures are right. Change anything, even a lab bill, and it needs reviewing again. Lock it, then download the PDF with your practice logo, or email it to your associate.
Record the payment when it's made, and History keeps every change to the statement, and who made it. Once it's reviewed, associates can sign in to see their statement, their year to date, and how their pay was worked out. If something looks wrong, they ask on the statement. You get a notification, and you reply right there.
