Read the transcript
Team Meetings turns your practice meetings into clear notes, and shows you who has caught up on them. Start a new meeting and press record. Just talk as you normally would. When you stop, the transcript is ready, and you pick who was in the room.
AI then drafts the notes: the key points, the decisions and the action items. It even gives the meeting a title. Check every line and change anything you like. It stays a private draft until you're happy. Publish it to the whole practice, or only to the people you choose.
Everyone who wasn't in the room gets a notification and an email, asking them to read the notes and confirm. Meeting wasn't recorded? Upload the notes or a document instead, and it works the same way. Anything they haven't read yet also waits for them on their Practice Hub.
They open the notes and tap I have read this. Anyone who was in the room isn't asked. You can see who has confirmed, and when, and who hasn't yet. Change the notes later, say what changed, and everyone is asked to read the update.
