Team CPD and HR

Team CPD and HR keeps every certificate and HR document for your dental team in one place, so you can see who's in date at a glance. Invite your team, and their CPD is shared with you as soon as they join. For each person, you can see how many of their requirements are in date, and what has expired, or runs out in the next sixty days.

Tap a count at the top, and the list narrows to the people who need attention. Open anyone's documents to see every requirement for their role, from infection control to safeguarding, with the current certificate and when it expires. Their HR documents sit alongside, like their GDC certificate, indemnity and DBS.

You can upload a certificate for them too, and they're told it's been added. Your team keep their own records up to date, from their phone or computer. They upload a certificate and add the issue date, and the expiry is worked out for them.

Upload a new one, and the old certificate moves into its history, so only the current one counts. Many requirements come with a free CPD course. Listen to the podcast, pass the exam, and the certificate is filed for them automatically. Their CPD time adds up year by year, and AI can draft a personal development plan from their records, ready to edit and export.
