Every dental practice has things to follow up. Boards let you build your own tracker for any of them, in minutes. Start from a ready-made board, like a referral tracker, an implant journey or a complaints tracker. Or just describe what you need, and AI suggests the lists and fields.

Rename or remove anything you like, then create the board. Already keep it in a spreadsheet? Paste it in. Your status column becomes the lists, and every row becomes a card. Each list is a stage. Drag a card along as things move on.

Anything overdue is flagged on the card, and counted at the top of the board. Choose the fields every card needs: dates, drop-downs, a tooth chart, or a code that numbers each case for you. Open a card to assign someone, and they're told straight away.

Set a due date with a reminder, and mention a colleague in a comment to bring them in. Automations take care of the routine. When a referral moves to follow up, assign it to your treatment coordinator, and let the whole team know.

Need others to add to a board? Turn it into a form, and share it by link, QR code, or on your website. Each answer arrives as a new card, and the team is notified. Switch to Table view for every card in rows, with totals, and download the lot to Excel whenever you need it.

Boards are part of Practice Hub, from Dentistry Dashboard. Try it free for fourteen days. No card needed.
