Lab Tracker

Lab Tracker shows where every piece of lab work is, from the surgery to the lab and back again. Every case sits on one board, in four stages: To Send, With Lab, Received and Completed. Each card shows what matters today, like send today, or due back tomorrow. Anything overdue turns red.

Along the top, you can see what to send today and what's due back this week. To add a case, enter the patient, then choose the work type and the lab. Save each lab's usual turnaround, and the expected back date fills itself in.

Mark the teeth on the chart, add a note for the shade, and it's on the board. Print the quick add QR code for the surgery, and anyone in the team can scan it to add a case straight away. As work goes out and comes back, just drag the card to its next stage.

When it arrives, you record who received it, and the dentist gets a notification that it's back. A denture going back for its next stage, or a crown for a remake? Send it back to the lab with a reason, and the earlier dates stay in History. Open any case for its dates and teeth, scans and files, and a conversation for the team.
