Stock Control

Stock Control replaces the stock book that gets passed from surgery to surgery. Instead of one book going from room to room, there's one order book, open on any computer or phone in the practice. Running low on something? Type its name, and it's on the list, with who added it.

If it's already there, it says so, so nothing gets written down twice. Or print the QR code for the stock room shelves, and staff can scan it, and the product, on their phone. Whoever does the ordering sees the whole list in one place, and Practice Hub shows how many items are waiting.

Send order sorts it by supplier, ready to paste into their website, email or print. Mark it as ordered, and when the delivery arrives, tick it off. Want more? Track stock levels, and items join the list by themselves when they run low.

Scan deliveries to keep expiry dates and lot numbers, and see what's expiring soon. Run a stock take whenever you count up. And Stock history shows every change, and who made it.
